My room was GROSS! HUGE stains on the carpet, a stale odor, I found about 8 mentos candies, a HUGE chunk of gum (I think it was gum) in the air conditioner vents. I cleaned some of the mentos out of the vents. There is blood or something like blood spattered on the curtains and in the bathroom near the toilet! There was something (I don’t want to know what it is) on the floor near the toilet that pretty… gross!! Dust jack rabbits throughout the room, etc. The people in the room next to me were so loud I felt like I was in their room with them! I called the front desk, she did go over and ask them to keep it down. They didn’t, so I called back several times but the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone! I didn’t fall asleep until around 2am!
The continental breakfast, where do I begin? The employee that was supposed to be taking care of that area was sleeping in a chair in the lobby/breakfast area. Yes, sleeping! When she woke up, she informed me that she was tired! One juice worked on the juice machine, the regular coffee machine was out, the employee that “didn’t work in that area” told me… “it’s out and I don’t know where the person that works in this area is.” She didn’t seem to care much and sat back down with a man at one of the tables to visit. The other employee that “didn’t work in that area” was eating and enjoying her breakfast. They were out of nearly everything and NO ONE was to be found to ask for anything. I usually don’t leave reviews…
