Jamie's place was amazing! The location was perfect, the place comfortable and clean, communication was easy with quick response. Having the beach chairs and wagon was an added bonus, and the pool was lovely. Overall, this was a wonderful stay for our group!!

Loved our very clean & comfortable condo rental & its beach decor “Awave from it all”! It has 2 high Adirondack chairs on either side of the front door overlooking the downstairs outdoor pool w/a magnificent beach view….amazing sunsets! We are three adult sisters who shared this 2 BA 2BR, entry immediately is the TV area w/2 love sofas, chair, coffee table. Straight ahead is dining then kitchen. This unit provided everything we needed w/a lovely coffee bar which uses Keurig capsules & fresh brew. Also, there’s a stacking WA/DR in the unit if needed. The owner Jamie was super easy to reach & you can tell she’s very caring & put a lot of thought for her visitor’s comfort. Thx do much Jamie!

Check in was seamless. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Very clean and well stocked. Small things like having toilet paper and coffee pods also helped. Nice location and view of the beach. Short walk to the left to access beach.

Spring break getaway

We came down for my son’s baseball tournament during spring break. The condo was very clean, with unobstructed ocean views and steps from beach access. The kitchen was one of the best stocked in any rental we’ve ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in OIB.

Everything you need!

We had a wonderful vacation and the condo was perfect. Jaime has absolutely everything you will need for your getaway! The condo is decorated beautiful and so so clean. The beds were very comfortable too and both bedrooms have a white noise machine. We had a great time at ocean isle :)

A piece of paradise!

My mother and I enjoyed our stay here so much! I needed assistance when arriving and Jamie responded promptly. The location was peaceful and quite with a beautiful oceanfront view. This condo was exquisitely furnished and decorated. It was by far the cleanest and most well kept of any property I have stayed. We look forward to staying again in the near future!

We have stayed in many condos on Ocean Isle but this one was the best! The condo was tastefully decorated. It had many extras including a coffee bar, margarita machine etc. They also had a fully stocked storage unit with chairs, wagon, grill and more. We will use this unit again next time. Perfect OIB condo

The condo exceeded expectations in every way. Recently renovated, well-stocked kitchen with everything you need and more, great coffee bar, comfortable beds, and great views. They also provided new beach chairs, wagon, and all other beach equipment. Great communication by the owners. The owners thought of everything when they renovated and stocked the condo.

Beautiful family getaway!!

Our family of 5 came here and we were blown away by everything “A Wave from it All” had to offer! This place is extremely clean, relaxing, and comfortable. A true vacation even with three little ones! It has a wonderful view that we loved enjoying from the porch during nap time, and my kids had a blast in the pool. Jaime is a great host who was easily available with any questions. All the extra touches Jaime added makes the place feel at home. Just Right!

This was just the right property to meet my requirements for a celebratory week with dear friends. I wanted oceanfront in a cozy, clean, well-stocked condo with easy access and a big, wide beach. I am hard to please, and this place lived up to everything I wanted. I loved how organized the kitchen is and it just felt like they'd really thought of how to meet every guests' needs to make it an ideal relaxing vacation spot. We will definitely return. Nice Place.

Very nice and very clean. Great location and close to many things to do. The only thing I personally did not like was the ring doorbell camera. I felt like I was being watched every time I went outside. People say they cut them off…… If that doesn’t bother you than I recommend checking this place out.

Perfect beach getaway

Everything about our trip to this rental was perfect: communication about directions and what we needed to bring (they supplied everything, from towels and linens to a clean sink sponge), suggestions for what to do and where to eat, and OH-MY-WORD the rental itself! All of the blankets and pillows and towels were clean and fluffy -- so inviting -- and the space felt open and totally comfortable. And the view is spectacular, right out to the beach. We saw dolphins the first morning while enjoying coffee. I will definitely book this place again, and given the care shown for this rental, I'm going to check out their mountain location, too. Highly recommend it!!

Simply Beautiful!

My husband and I were able to enjoy a few days at this CLEAN and lovely condo this autumn. The weather was wonderful, location perfect (right on the beach!) and the condo both clean (SO important to me!) and well equipped.* Could not have asked for more! *The kitchen had plenty of cooking and serving wear, if you were not eating out. The storage closet had plenty of beach gear--from chairs and boogie boards to a wagon with large sand wheels. Just bring your bathing suit and sunblock, and you are ready to roll!

We loved this place!

Our stay at here was divine! You cannot beat this spot. Best condo location on OIB!!! Beachfront just steps from your door not to mention the view you have when you step out your door! This is some of the widest beach on the island and a short walk east and you’re at the very end of the island and have an amazing view of the sunrise. The pool is very clean and a good size. Felt like we had it to ourselves most of the time. The condo is beautifully appointed and sleeps six very comfortably. Kitchen has all you need. Jamie was great and super responsive. Check in very easy. We will be back! You should plan a visit too!

We’ve been coming to OIB for awhile now every Summer and this property by far has been the best! Jamie is an excellent host, communicates right away to answer any questions. We were impressed with how nice the condo was from the furniture and comfy beds to the appliances. The condo was spotless and everything was in its place. Jamie has equipped the kitchen with absolutely every tool/gadget you would possibly need! Views of the beach from the oceanfront deck just can’t be beat!! You will not be disappointed when you stay at A Wave From It All, you won’t want to leave!! Thank you Jamie for an amazing experience!!
