"The reason I gave 4 stars to the staff because the shuttle guy drove the little cart so violently and ignore my warning and made my luggage flying 20 feet when he made the turn. Totally be avoidable. Damaged my luggage."

"There is a tiny desk, so if you need to work, it can only fit a laptop. Room is ok for one person for 8 days stay, it would be too much for 2 people for a long stay if you plan to stay in the room a lot ( to work like me). The room is clean and cleaning crew is super friendly. However the lobby staff is not so much. They are not mean, but not friendly either. There is no smile or greeting “Hi” what so ever. Perhpas I am Taiwanese therefore they are not friendly to me. Taiwanese people are known to be friendly especially to foreigners. So I am surprised that these young people who work at the lobby show no sign of friendliness. It is very hot in April while I visit, so the walk to the MRT and train station seemed very far. If you travel without a tour group and plan to come back to the hotel to rest friend the day, this might not be the hotel for you. As it ia very far away from the main Taipei. I will not stay here again anymore even though it is cheaper $80 a night and very clean"

"The hotel is well located and well maintained. Across the street from Taipei 101, short walk from great shopping and excellent restaurants. Short walk from the MRT redline. And the staff was absolutely excellent from start to finish. They really made a difference. I will come back again!"

"The hotel is clean, convenient and room is spacious. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Have free water, coffee and tea in the lobby. New regulations would not allow the hotel to provide tooth brush and toothpaste, so travelers should prepare. Otherwise very comfortable stay overall. Would stay there again. "

"I had a great stay at Caesar Metro Taipei Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which was a nice way to start the day. It is a little pricey, but they do provide a discount for hotel guests, which helps. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again."
