Brand new remodeled Villa! Beautiful tile throughout, fresh new kitchen and new appliances. Updated master suite with King size bed and walk in shower. Large living room sectional sofa with large screen smart TV + spectrum cable. 2nd bedroom has smart TV , 2 full size beds with bathroom access with tub.
Enjoy our 2 bedroom villa with all the amenities of home. This unit is fully stocked with all the comforts., including a full size washer and dryer! We are located on the NO-DRIVE section of New Smyrna Beach. Walkway on Mathews avenue with dedicated street light crossing. We are steps away from a wonderful shopping plaza full of restaurants, groceries, novelties and homemade ice-cream!
Enjoy the luxury and the amenities of this beautiful 50 acre Sea Wood complex.
With the bike trails, multiple pools, tennis & pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, and the onsite exercise facility, you’ll find plenty to do if you stay on site at Sea Woods. But don’t miss out on the excitement available in this beautiful beach town. Flagler Avenue and Canal Street both offer amazing dinning and shopping experiences, along with weekly farmer's markets and monthly car shows and wine walks. Many other monthly and seasonal happenings as well.
Our Villa is stocked with all of your beach essentials! We provide chairs, towels, & beach toys! We also have a set of tennis rackets. Truly a lovely retreat!

Wonderful place. Great location, walking distance to a beautiful beach. The condo is comfortable, well decorated, and has everything you need. Gina, the owner, was easy to communicate with. No disappointments. I would rent from this host again!

Family of 6 stayed comfortably! Beds super comfy, extra beach toys/umbrellas were great. Close to one of the pools and beach access. Owner always responded quickly! Cute little condo. We definitely will come back for a visit!

Great beach get away
We had a great time and awesome weather. The beach is only 5 min walking distance away and it is nice to be close to the little shopping plaza as well. The beds were very comfortable and we all got great rest. The carpet situation was a bit strange at times due to the double layers. We love New Smyrna and the Sea Woods community . Hoping to come back soon.

Such a great stay!! This community/neighborhood is stunning. The amenities were great, our group was very pleased with the overall experience. We were able to comfortably walk in the heat because of the covered paths throughout. The area was SO quiet and not crowded at all. Pools were gorgeous and a very short walk to the beach. Numerous tennis and pickleball courts. We really hit the jackpot with this stay. Highly recommend!

Gina’s place was so great for me and my family! We came to stay at the beach and her house was literally across the street. The house is safe and quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. Gina is a great communicator and answered quickly when we messaged her. 10/10 we would stay here again :)

Quiet, quaint Villa
We stayed over Christmas. Perfect location for walking and biking. Loved the pool area. The villa is small, but doesn’t feel cramped. Nicely decorated with much attention to detail. Lovely location and property!
