The Happy Place by the Ocean - 7 minute walk!

  • It is an adorable little 2 bedroom happy place away from home. Have owned it for 13 years and always enjoyed sharing it with others. Big outdoor area to barbecue and enjoy the fabulous all year round warm weather. House is well equipped and all that is needed, is your personal clothing. White towels for bathroom and great beach towels, umbrella and chairs. Home is clean, comfortable and you will be sorry to leave after a week or a month. Quiet block with only 16 townhomes.

Ocean Fun

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well equip.There was plenty of space. The walk to the beach was easy and so close by. The laundry and grocery were very close also. We really only wanted sun and beach for a week and we definitely had that. The only thing missing was local channels. You need an antennae.

Nice location for stay in New Smyrna Besch

All in all a very good experience. The location is perfect. 10 minutes walk to the beach. 15 Minutes to downtown by car. Basics supermarket anschimmle laundry etc. just around the corner. Greater supermarket etc. 5 Munutes by car and even in reach by bike

Could use improvement

Good location but could definitely use a deep clean. No coffee pot, only has a Keurig that doesn’t work properly. Also needs new pots and pans, the Teflon is peeling off :( we stayed here to attend Rockville so we were outside in 90 degree weather all day for four days and they control the AC remotely and inappropriately asked us for more money to set the AC to what we wanted, it’s unfortunate the bedrooms upstairs stay very very hot. Would be nice if there were curtains in the bedrooms.
