This gorgeous home is perfectly located in the very heart of the NSB beachside immediately adjacent to world-famous Flagler Avenue and its offering of unique shops, trendy bars, and award-winning restaurants! Recreate your favorite meals seaside in the fully-equipped updated kitchen and share a meal in the private fully-fenced string lit side yard with outdoor gazebo dining and a gas barbecue grill. NSB living awaits!
One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected. One (1) Minut noise monitoring device in the kitchen is on. Minut is camera-free and doesn't record, collect, store or share personal data.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.
Parking: One (1) Single-Car Attached Garage Space (Dedicated), Common Shared Parking (First Come, First Served), Street Parking (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests. Due to first come, first served nature of shared parking spots, expect limited shared parking availability during peak event periods in town. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.
This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Clean townhouse with comfortable rooms. The highlight was the location, steps from Flagler Ave and a couple blocks from the beach! Definitely recommend the spot if looking for an active vacation.
This cute two bedroom townhouse was perfect in every way. The location to the beach and shops couldn’t have been better. The house was clean and had everything to create a memorable stay. Would definitely recommend this one!
We live on the west coast and decided to evacuate for hurricane Milton. The property was ready and a welcome sight for us as we sought shelter. The winds howled here too but the manager assured me they would contact me if they felt we were in danger. Everything worked out well and the stay was worth it. This is our second time at this property and we really enjoy the location and facilities
Great location and property perfectly situated off of Flagler
We enjoyed our stay at The Happy Pineapple. It was spacious and comfortable with most everything we could need. The property management company is very communicative and we found them to be very easy to work with. It was tough to decide on 4 vs 5 stars and the property did really match everything we need, we slept great, etc. but there are a few things where some maintenance would probably go a long way. In particular the full bath/shower could use some repairs or replacement. Otherwise our stay was great and we would consider staying there again.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy Pineapple! The property manager was very responsive when we had questions and the property was clean and close to everything. We would stay again!
