LaKaSa House on Hill Street is a stunning oceanfront retreat, perfectly positioned to capture breathtaking sunrises and the soothing sounds of crashing waves. This spacious yet cozy home boasts four bedrooms plus a studio bedroom and four and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. The wraparound deck, private beach walkway, lush grass lawn, and backyard play area make this the perfect getaway for families and friends alike. The huge master suite features 2 separate private balconies, walk-in closet, and master bath, all complemented by spectacular ocean views.

Inside, LaKaSa is thoughtfully furnished, featuring a fully stocked and recently remodeled kitchen that is ready for everything from casual meals to gourmet feasts. With two breakfast bars, a spacious dining area, and plenty of seating, mealtime is always a comfortable experience. The home also offers a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator, perfect for mixing cocktails while enjoying the ocean breeze. We absolutely loved this house. Coffee on the deck every morning was a highlight. It was clean and well organized. Highly recommend. Our kids asked if we could rent the house again, that says a lot.

Perfectly located for an enjoyable beach stay

We enjoyed everything this home offered. Private rooms and bathrooms for all of us. A very well stocked, huge kitchen. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony and the walkover to the beach. Very close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Great house right on the beach

We had a wonderful time in this house with my children, grandchildren and Grand dog. We were in NSB to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday and this spot was perfect. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and had an amazing view of the ocean just steps from the house. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! There were items that make the stay even better, such as high quality sheets and towels, well stocked kitchen, extremely clean, and a great ocean and beach view. There is also a small yard to play ball or games. Beach access is very close to the home. However, we had 2 disappointments. The home is not as advertised regarding number of people it sleeps and beds. The home only sleeps 9, not 12. Fortunately one of our sons and his family cancelled at the last minute. If they had come we would have had an issue. Second, we were happy to see the fireplaces advertised since it’s still winter and was projected to be cold. However, both fireplaces were covered with boards and were not usable. Overall, a great stay, and we will stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway by the Beach

Our stay at this wonderful beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a spacious, beautifully decorated interior that easily accommodated our family. The proximity to the beach was a dream – just a short, pleasant walk and we were digging our toes into the sand and enjoying the ocean breeze. The convenience of having fantastic restaurants within a stone's throw made dining out a breeze, but the well-stocked kitchen also meant we could whip up our own meals with ease. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of cooking supplies available, making meal prep a joy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. It's rare to find hosts who genuinely care about their guests' experiences, and it added an extra layer of comfort to our vacation. The highlight of the house was definitely the spacious deck facing the ocean. Whether it was sipping our morning coffee as the sun rose over the water or enjoying a family dinner while watching the sunset, the deck provided a breathtaking backdrop for unforgettable moments. All in all, our family had an unforgettable time at this beach house, and we're already planning our next trip back. If you're looking for a spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly located beach getaway with responsive hosts, this is the place to be. Can't wait to return! Thank you for providing such a fantastic vacation spot for us to create lasting memories.

We loved the location and the house in general. The only negative was some of the stale air and salt from the ocean, but what do you expect? We got used to it and it was fine. We definitely liked the close proximity to the ocean, which allowed for beach time at a moment’s notice. The outside decks were great and provided a nice cool ocean breeze. We are very happy with our rental and would do it again if we come back.
