  • Walking Distance to beach, Flagler Ave restaurants and bars! Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath and 2 car garage home with a large fenced-in yard in New Smyrna Beach. Home is pet friendly!! Fresh paint and newly renovated kitchen that has top of the line appliances, including a gas stove. The house has a gas-tankless water heater and a low maintenance designed backyard. You will only be a few steps to the beach and a few blocks to the Flagler Avenue shops and restaurants. Freshly renovated bathrooms, new recessed lighting and fans! TV and internet provided, as well as washer and dryer units. Backyard is set up for fun and relaxation! Have a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a drink in the evening (space heater available if weather appropriate)
