Your ocean view getaway begins the moment you step into this beautifully renovated two-story coastal retreat! Perched above street level, this private unit occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home, offering both privacy and stunning views. Enter from your own private exterior staircase or through the interior hall entrance, then relax on your private 2nd-floor balcony with outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails in the sea breeze. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living area with a comfy sleeper sofa, a full eat-in kitchen, and a sparkling bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the 3rd floor features a serene king bedroom with breathtaking ocean views, a cheerful bedroom with two twin beds, and a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For your convenience, there’s also an in-unit washer and dryer on this level. Guests enjoy shared access to the ground-level patio, outdoor shower, firepit, and grill—ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. We had an excellent stay. It was just as described even extra amenities available such as paper ware, cleaning supplies, and Roku TV. Did want to let you know it looks like the refrigerator freezer is new; the freezer drawer does not open all the way as it should. Would recommend adding an extra light in the upstairs bathroom. We are in the area again reach out for another stay, thank you.
