It is an ideal location, just a half of a mile walk along the beach to the town’s well renowned ‘Flagler Avenue’. Flagler Ave is the most lively and popular strip of retailers and restaurants in NSB, where vacationers can shop and dine, grab a cocktail or even rent some beach bikes and continue to explore all the wonders New Smyrna Beach has to offer!

The layout of this three-story home consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, ideal for a large party, big family or friend gathering. The ground level has its own studio apartment style layout. This includes a quaint dining area, king sized bed and TV and a full bathroom which includes a jetted spa tub and shower in addition to the standard toilet and sink. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the ground floor inside the garage. The garage offers one parking bay, suitable for a low-profile vehicle due to a structural ceiling beam just under 5’11”.
Outside, enjoy ample patio seating on the deck, with direct access to the beach just steps away. The home has also been recently updated with fresh exterior paint, a brand-new roof, and new garage doors.

Up the stairs, the second floor is considered the primary social area. The main living space is located on this level, which features an open-floor plan that includes the living, kitchen and dining room. The wide-open space enables those cooking to interact freely with other members of the party without the confinement of walls. The floor to ceiling windows on this level span the entire East-side of the house, where guests can enjoy watching the ocean waves and wildlife from the comfort of the large curved couch. These grand windows are fully operable and can be opened to enjoy a natural ocean breeze if desired during the cooler months, earlier mornings or late evenings. The final feature of this level is the single full-sized bathroom that includes a tub shower, sink and toilet.

Last but most certainly not least, the third floor consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is the master suite, which has one king bed, Flat screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi, a seating area, a treadmill, a full bath that includes a jetted tub separate from the shower, and finally a small balcony overlooking the great Atlantic Ocean. The additional bedroom on the third floor has its own separate bathroom that contains a tub, toilet and sink. This final bedroom has one queen bed.
