This is a residential neighborhood, but there is a great coffee shop, Hey Cafe, about 3 blocks away. There is a section of Freret Street 1/2 a mile (15 min walk) that has many bars, restaurants, cafes, music venues. It is one of the hippest areas of the city. You can walk to the St Charles Avenue streetcar line (just over one mile) and ride the street car through the garden district to the French Quarter for about $2

Great house! Location is an easy Uber ride away from anything you want to do. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. Owner is super responsive. We would stay at this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we liked walking the neighborhood. The pool was great although we were hoping for it to be a bit warmer but it worked for the small amount of time we had to spend in the pool. We were mostly exploring and experiencing NOLA and its history. We would definitely stay here again.

We came for Jazz Fest. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t use the pool, but loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings while drinking coffee and in the evenings while having our last cocktails.

The house was so charming and well decorated. The fine details in the decor and gorgeous furniture pieces were wonderful. Gorgeous house! Each room has a theme and there’s a bubble chair setting in the living room! Heated pool was nice and above all every bed in that house was comfortable! The rainfall shower is magical as well. Kerri was super responsive and helpful too. Our trip was lovely. Thanks again!

Excellent property in good location

We stayed over Christmas and found the property to be as described - nice main floor with 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is an attic suite that is quite nice and essentially self sufficient with a small kitchen and bedroom. Pool is small but great for little kids. Interior of house is very classic - nice hardwood floors. Easy access to French Quarter and downtown.

House was clean, well stocked and conveniently located to the French Quarter as well as restaurants. Did not realize at the time of booking that home was a multi rental, so we got a bit freaked out when downstairs neighbors arrived late in the night but once they were settled in no issues with noise.

What a wonderful house for a family vacation.

This house gave my family of seven everything we needed and more. Everything was clean upon arrival and any questions we had during our stay were swiftly answered. The house proved to be in a friendly area of town as many neighbors waved and said hi to us in the mornings during our stay. The addition of the “attic suite” equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities proved to be a huge highlight within the home. My family felt comfortable, safe, and at home. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to all inquiring.
