We loved our stay. Sean made sure everting was ready and checked on us periodically. We felt safe on the street where the duplex is located. It is a short drive to many places of interest. I highly recommend the place.

The location was very convenient for the family wedding we were attending. The home has lots of character! It’s worth noting that the downstairs bedroom is a walkthrough between the kitchen and living/dining rooms. Two bedrooms are up a narrow staircase along with a half bath. Both full baths are on the main floor. All air conditioning is from window units (7 total, I believe). The back yard is absolutely adorable! One roll of toilet paper was provided for each bathroom. Overall, this quirky, “shotgun” style home was a great choice for our NOLA visit.

Beautiful historic home in Mid City. Comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms were just what we needed. The furniture, decor, and backyard patio added bonus New Orleans charm. Would definitely book again. One note for future travelers, one of the bedrooms is situated shotgun style on the main floor between the living room and kitchen. This worked great for our friends reunion trip, but might not be ideal for people needing 3 fully private bedrooms separate from the common space. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were private and quiet.
