Soak in the sun and enjoy the lake breeze at this cheerful 3 BR/2 BA lake house on Lake Catherine. Fish or crab from the private pier & dock or paddle on the lake with the kayaks. Recharge on the covered patio as you sip on a refreshing drink.

We are conveniently located between the heart of New Orleans (25 min) and the Mississippi Gulf Coast (30 min). We also offer local, professional fishing guides.

Pet welcome with pre approval and $100.00 pet fee.

Sugar Bowl stay
House was clean! Perfect place for our family to escape the Sugar Bowl craziness at night for peace and quite. Close enough for a 20 minute drive to the festivities. Didnt even get to utilize the best part of the place. The dock.

Nostalgic!
Our family had a camp growing up on the lake, so to be able to experience it all over again with the next generation was nothing short of amazing. The property was beautiful and the views never get old. We would definitely love to rent Island Girl again in the future!

Our stay at this property was amazing! The view was beautiful we have three teenage boys that fished until the moment left. The property was clean and stocked with everything you needed I felt like I was at home. I would definitely stay here again. The owner is so nice loving, caring and wants to make sure that you are pleased and that I was!!! She is very detailed meaning she has this book in the house that tells you everything about the house to where to get the finest food. Listen trust me don’t pass up the opportunity to stay at this property you can’t go wrong!!! Trust me💕🎉
