Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
The room was ok overall, but the lobby of this place is DISGUSTING. The door handles look and feel like they’ve never been cleaned once, whole lobby smells strongly of puke and garbage. There’s usually someone sitting in a chair lobby during the day but they are just security, they don’t know anything about anything and can’t/wont help you at all. when we arrived the bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper and there was no toilet paper in the entire building, same thing with paper towels. When we ran out they said they couldn’t bring some til the following day. There was a washer and dryer in our room but no detergent, the window shade in our bedroom was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, which made our bedroom semi visible from the street. The pillows on the bed were comically small too, I’m not even sure where they were able to get pillows that small. They also had a weird blank screen thing that looked like a picture frame that was hung up in the room that kept displaying some kind of computer error, it was creepy. They also had a device plugged into the wall that is for measuring noise levels to prevent parties. That is very weird to me and I didn’t like it at all. It was screwed into the plug so I couldn’t unplug it. The shower drain was broken too, making it impossible to take a bath, which isn’t really a big deal but I did try to take a bath one of the days and couldn’t because of that. The room itself was ok, but it could have been made more hospitable…
