Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Feat 2king & queen bed! Conveniently on the 4900 block of New Orleans' famous Tchoupitoulas Street in the heart of the amazing uptown corridor! Near all the parade routes, 2 blocks from Rouses, Win-Dixie, and across the street from Golden File Nail Salon! All the street parking around here is free and abundant! This home was beautifully restored but still feats many historic features of a Historic New Orleans Shotgun - Each room is connected!

Great little hideaway!

We were in town for a cruise and wanted a place near the port. This home was perfect! There were several restaurants and small shops within walking distance. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay. Location is on busy street but close to everything. Host was very responsive and fix issues immediately. Will definitely stay here again when back in New Orleans.

Nashville in January

The accommodations were great. Access was easy, space was good for our family. The location was a 10 min Uber from Broadway. I will definitely stay next time I am in Nashville.

NOLA getaway!!

This trip was amazing, from the vibrant and diverse neighborhood, to the hospitality and communication with the host, everything was just about perfect. I fell in love with this elegant and welcoming shotgun house, there was plenty of space for privacy between the rooms yet not an overwhelmingly large space. We will definitely be returning and hope to stay here again

Cute and comfortable home as well as a very communicative host. Just a walk away from a grocery store and across the street from an amazing restaurant. We did not hear any music from the bar and were able to park in front of the home.

Great neighborhood, good find

A shotgun-style home with one bathroom in the back of the house, it may not have the privacy all crave - but it's clean and well kept and a great find for the right group. Bonus that it's a block away from the magical Hansen's Sno blz!

We has a "Guys Weekend" in the Big Easy. This place was great. Three bedrooms. Clean. Easy to access. Close to some great spots.

Great Stay!

Property was clean and tidy. Nice interior. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Overall a very nice property for a fair rate. A little far from the French Quarter and other touristy areas, but we mainly walked. If you're driving it isn't too bad. Lots of nearby businesses and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Overall a good place to stay

Good experience

We were a group of women in their 70s & 80s and looking for a house to house 6 women for one night. I was a little surprised at the size and layout but it worked great. Very clean and everything you need was available. The neighborhood was very safe and we were able to park right in front.

Awesome time

The property was great for what I needed it to be. It turned out to be centrally located to the places I wanted to attend. The host was phenomenal. We arrived early and was able to get right in the house without any issues. If we ever in New Orleans again I would definitely come back if available.

Bayou Classic

We visited the home for Bayou Classic . It wasn’t too far from Bourbon Street and Canal . The house was clean , beds were comfortable. Only bad thing was that the house was straight through .

GREAT STAY!!

The house was clean and tidy upon arrival. Check in was smooth, no trouble at all. Love the area the house is located in. There’s so much to do and lots of yummy eats only minutes away. The only con is there’s a pub at the corner so the music was loud at night. Genesis was a wonderful host who responded immediately. Thank you for being such an amazing host!

great stay - clean - very responsive

This is a typical shotgun and as described ( has doors, but no hallway for privacy between bedroom). Close to grocery stores and Cherry coffee shop. The host responded to our issues with the Nest thermometer and mosquitos promptly and replaced the Nest after the initial inspection did not fix the problem. It is 3 houses way from F&M bar and another bar on the back of the house.

Wedding fun in NOLA

Genesis has been amazing at communicating with me throughout the whole process. She gave me all of the information I needed and was readily available in case I needed anything! The room was decorated nicely, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The little patio was adorable and allowed us to enjoy some time outside on the beautiful days while we were visiting! I highly recommend staying here! We had the very best time and we’re thankful for the nice accommodations while we came to celebrate our cousin’s wedding.
