**This apartment is in a raised home! You will need to walk up a full flight of stairs to enter the apartment! ** You will have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom with two bedroom being set apart from the others. The first bedroom serves a bedroom and can serve as a living room if you wish to used the full size Day Bed with trundle bed as couch instead! After you walk through the first bedroom you enter the kitchen and living room with all new stainless steel appliances and bar height table! After the kitchen you will enter the long corridor hallway of the shotgun style condo. There will be 4 doors on the right hand side of the corridor. The first door on the right will be the brand new laundry stack-able washer and dryer. The 2nd door features a full bathroom with a beautifully renovated 5 foot walk in shower! The 3rd door leads to a bedrooms with a King Bed! Going back to the hallway you will see the 4th door on the left which goes to the 3rd bedroom which has a king bed and a full bathroom. Every Bedroom has their own smart Roku TV for you to sign into your own TV apps!

Located next to two other short term rentals. The walls have been insulated and have double sheetrock on each side as per code, but voices and footsteps can be heard when groups get very loud! Only the first bedroom is on the combining wall of the house and the two bedrooms down the hall do not share a wall with the neighboring units!
We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

We booked our stay for a night before our cruise left, and the place was beautiful! The beds were comfortable, and the owners stayed in close contact the whole time checking on us ❤️ highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place to stay in New Orleans!
Good location close to everything. The apartment was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The only issue was that you can hear the neighbors through the walls but that is to be expected in older homes. I would stay again.
The property was beautiful and so cute! It was in a great area where it was easy to get rides downtown. Genesis and the staff were very attentive and brought us anything that we requested right away.
A few friends and I stayed at this location to celebrate my 22nd birthday. I was in constant communication with the owner of the establishment, who was very kind, sweet, and understanding. They made the check-in and check-out processes convenient for me. Everyone was friendly, and the place was clean when we arrived. Overall, I would rate this place five stars, and I would definitely come back.
This is a great spot. The beds are super comfy and the location was perfect. Such a cool spot. We felt safe and were able to get to the UNO Lakefront arena, the WW2 museum, and the French Quarter all within a few miles. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Everything we needed and clean. I will book again.
It was nice on the inside and out the beds were comfy and everything was clean . Looked like it did online . I wasn’t rushed out at exactly 11 like they do at hotels . Nice ans friendly host .
The house itself was very nice, clean, and appeasing.
The house is off a busy street, there is normal street noise that comes with that. The walk to canal street for the trolley was about 10 minutes.
Genesis was great with communication, my app wasn't working when we landed, He quickly was able to text us the details.

It’s important to consider that this unit is part of several in the same building, so what kind of guests are in the other units can have a big effect on your stay. Shared noise levels are minimal through most of the house, but one of the bedrooms is right next to the entryway for one or two of the other units and the door to the entryway and the bedroom both have windows above them that allow the light to pour in all night long. That coupled with people coming in and out until 3 am made our first night a little rough. Other than that the location is easily accessible to the highway and streetcar to quickly get around and the unit has plenty of space. Some of the basics were also missing (measuring spoons/cup, body wash, Kleenex).
The host was super helpful, he checked in with us through out the trip!! The house was a great size for our 6 people staying, we all had enough room also! Overall was a great trip and we were super close to all our destinations!
Great host and great stay too. I am in New Orleans native and I was hosting my 4 neighbors for a girls trip weekend. We all reside in Atlanta so this trip was very special since none of them had been to Nola before. The location was prime. And the house was great. I’ll definitely rent this home again.
My family and I just loved our stay here. It was very cozy and comfy. Easy to find, located around some great restaurants. Would definitely come back. The check in was very easy. The kitchen was perfect. The neighborhood was not loud at night time.
