Please gather trash from all 3 floors and place in large green receptacles by the black fence in the driveway.
Please leave all bed linens on the beds-- it's just easier for us to clean, that way :)
If there has been a spill or if anything, anywhere is broken, please let us know before ya go :)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Entry given after $1000.00 security deposit received on day of arrival. Security deposit to be returned day of departure.
NO PARTIES.
Extra people beyond those verified when booked, will break contract which triggers eviction, loss of deposit and no refund.
