About this property

Magnolia Manor Mid-City Home w/ Heated Pool

  • This century old house with a HEATED POOL has been newly renovated into a modern-traditional two story residence. It features 12ft ceilings, original hardwood floors, fireplaces and a gourmet marble kitchen. Located just 10 minutes from the French Quarter and City Park.

    Three big bedrooms with 12ft ceilings and a fireplace: two with king beds and one with a queen. The large living room has a queen pull-out sofa for two additional guests with prior approval. There is 1 full bathroom with a shower on the second floor and 1 half bath on the first floor. The downstairs bedroom is a traditional shotgun style walkthrough. All making up 1,650 square feet of luxuriously spacious house, with a front porch and a balcony on the second floor.

    The heated pool and backyard are shared with the adjacent property. Free street parking is available just outside the house. Pets are welcome, and must be declared on the reservation. Maximum number of persons allowed is 6 per reservation, 8 with prior approval.

The house was very clean, location is great, close to downtown, and owner was very communicated when needed. Pool was nice to have and the back patio was great to sit out on and relax and talk. I will definitely come back and stay.

Check in was smooth and simple. Home was beautiful laid out with plenty sitting area natural lighting, comfortable beds, and heated pool. Overall experience was very pleasant and will be looking to book again in the future. I’m also a native of New Orleans and the location is very walkable for food and entertainment.
