Getting Around:
Four blocks from the street car that takes you right to french quarter, walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, nightlife and more.

Other Things to Note:
This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
This home is able to accept pets for a one time $75 per pet fee.

Loved the property but not the neighborhood

The house itself was outstanding—every finish felt fresh and modern, the extra-large kitchen was a dream to cook in, and the spacious bedrooms were beautifully appointed. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the TVs worked perfectly.Our only reservation was the neighborhood. As we pulled up, my wife and I exchanged uneasy looks when we realized the surroundings were not what we’d expected. Although there are signs of new development around the block, it felt safer to remain on the property after dark rather than explore.I feel a bit torn sharing these concerns, because the home and hosts were both wonderful and highly responsive.
