Off-street parking is included. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a night, a week or month long stay.
The Space:
Beautifully renovated and spacious with all the upgrades while maintaining its historic charm. Make your self at home here with everything you need. 2 bedrooms with spa quality sheets, 1 bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, large kitchen with open plan to living room and dining area. Washer and dryer in unit. Fully equipped with a smart TV's.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the private apartment-home with front and rear entrance.
The Neighborhood:
Mid-City is a wonderfully vibrant neighborhood. There are several great local spots to eat and drink all within walking distance. Two grocery just a few blocks away. The Bayou is outside your front door, and City Park less then 5 minutes walking. The neighborhood is the best that New Orleans has to offer for real local living.
This home is located 2 blocks from the Endymion Parade Route. Endymion is the largest Mardi Gras parade of the year and takes place the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend.
Getting Around:
There is off street parking behind the house, free street parking directly in front of the house. The street car (trolley) is less then 5 minutes walking and will take you directly to the French Quarter in about 15-20 minutes. The French Quarter is also an easy bike ride away, or a $8-10 taxi/Uber ride. 20 minutes from the airport. The whole neighborhood is very walkable and truly gives you a chance to live like a local. Live like a local!

This home is a 4plex. The parking, backyard and front porch are shared with another unit.
This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful, well stocked house in an amazing location. It was great to be near city park and in a walkable area. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and lovely front and back decks plus a fenced in yard perfect for dogs. Good communication with host as well.
As this is our favorite neighborhood in New Orleans, this was a fantastic spot for us and our pups. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for preparing meals. The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a cleverly designed dog run and fenced-in yard. The AC needs some work or attention. It seemed to struggle through our first night, but we were comfortable running the ceiling fans on our second night. We’re partial to this neighborhood for its accessibility to City Park and all of it’s amenities, great restaurants and shady sidewalks. Definitely on or list for a repeat stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

The home is beautiful and is a calm respite. We enjoyed many coffees on the porch on the bayou and really great neighborhood restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Phenomenal location. Very friendly neighborhood with beautiful water views. Perfect for our little Fiona Fifi. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, the Besthoff sculpture garden, Cafe Du Monde, and the beautiful New Orleans City Park. We were surprised to find, as a group of females visiting from South Carolina, that we felt safe and included in the New Orleans cultural experience. Short Uber ride to the night life.
