My husband and I had a fantastic time at Lamothe. The hotel is located walking distance to most attractions in the French quarter. The hotel itself is a very charming historic building but bathroom is renovated and everything is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the pool was a welcomed amenity. I’ll stay there again!

I didn’t realize that the lower priced rooms were in a house separate from the main house which has all of the antique furniture. Still a nice room. I am happy w my stay. …The rooms need refrigerators.

Staff let me hold my bags there before check in and after check out. They were very helpful, and gave great recommendations. If you're looking for a holiday inn... that's not what this is. It's a historic house turned to a hotel..So it has charm and is not a modern feel. The hot tub and pool was amazing, and very close to everything! I had a wonderful experience!
