I reserved a premium QUEEN room, and the bed I had was a full sized… the water wasn’t hot either. Other than that I had an excellent stay! Clean, quiet, and convenient. Thank you to Ms. Lee, Toni, Ms. Tina, and the cleaning staff for accommodating me! I will stay here again for sure.

They will still charge you a no show fee even if it is over booked and they failed to relate that with Expedia or the website the front desk agent is the one who told me she was cancelling because it was over booked. Right after we hung up she charged my card.

As an extended stay, they offer you nothing but what is inside the room already. No accommodations!! I switched rooms 3 times before settling…the 3 room toilet stopped up 2x during my stay. Poop from someone else in my toilet! The hotel manager was nastyyyyyyyyy, not just to me but others if observed waiting my turn in line. Ohhh and another thing pleaaassee! Don’t leave any trash in the room, even though they have housekeepers. They will forfeit your deposit at checkout

Not a good place to stay for solo travellers Reception is not 24 hours, which is a serious issue No one is available to check in on Sunday, which is again a serious concern Fan of the washroom was too noisy Not even a water bottle was there in the room? Wi-Fi was too complicated as well In the same price, we can get better options in the area The management needs to work to meet customers expectations No breakfast Not even a coffee at reception This property lacks a lot of facilities which other suits are offering I will not recommend to stay there for the solo
