This Hotel was perfect for my stay. It was clean, quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was walking distance to everything, we didn't need to use an uber our whole stay.

In a “remodeled” king size room, we had one chair and a broken phone. The rooms are very small. We had to beg for clean towels every day. Going to the front desk to ask for help was usually met with disdain and sarcasm.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean and very spacious. Though the hotel is “older” it was well maintained. We ended up with a room overlooking the parade route, which was an unexpected nice surprise. The only down side, the floor was ‘squeaky’, so it was not quiet if someone walked through the room.
