Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a historical cast iron rope elevator wheel. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. Come check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The studio was great, plenty of space for our group and a great location for seeing the city. Also close to Burbon st. The host was also very responsive and helpful!

Lovely place--would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay for a mother/daughters trip in New Orleans. It was an easy walk to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square, and the location felt safe and was quiet. The room was charming with comfy beds and everything we needed. We would definitely book here again!

This was a great location for visiting the French quarter. We were just off Canal Street, so it was quiet but close to everything we wanted. The flat was clean and comfortable, and the host was very quick to respond to any communication. Great stay!

Our Second trip to NOLA this spot offered a great location to the Quarter and Canal St. Easy walks to just about anywhere. Trolly and public transportation just a block away. Cosy spot...pretty quiet since it's on the top floor. Bonus...one of the best brunch spots is outside your door!

Great location to New Orleans downtown and French quarter area. Property was clean and communication with the host was excellent! Do be prepared to pay for parking. I've stayed in the French Quarter area many times so this was not much of a surprise to me though. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and ideally located near the fun spots so you can walk to everything easily yet also have quiet when you want to sleep. This is the best property we've stayed at in New Orleans and we will definitely stay there again when we go back. It is definitely 5 stars!

My family visited NOLA for the first time and this was the perfect location for us. It is right next to Ruby Slipper, which is a very popular breakfast place. The location was great because we were not far from the French quarter. Food was amazing. Would recommend

Perfect Location

This place was in the perfect location if you wanna experience NOLA. Everything we wanted to see was a 15 min or less walk from this place. The parking was a lot about a block away which wasn’t ideal at first but we ended up walking everywhere so it worked out really well during our stay. Shower was kinda small, but overall it was amazing!! The host was quick to respond to any questions and was really good at communicating with me before, during, and after our stay.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was EXACTLY as advertised. Barely a block and a half from Canal Street. Just a two minute walk to the French Quarter, but far enough to be able to sleep without the noise waking you up. Communication with property management was superb. She was very quick to respond when I had questions and we did not experience any problems while we were there. Will use this spot again next time we come to NOLA!

We had a great trip! The place was very close to everything we wanted to. We could walk to the French Quarters or grab a trolley to the garden district. The beds were very comfortable. We had a minor issue with the door code- but it was resolved quickly. Overall great rental - we highly recommend it!

Had a great stay here. Very convenient location and communication was A . We would stay here again! Location was amazing and close enough to walk everywhere but far enough from Bourbon St to feel mostly safe. Parking lot did get vandalized on our last night- our car was spared. This is a city wide issue. Fir what we pd in parking they should have a security guard. But parking was extremely close.

NOLA Stay

It was nice being close to Canal and Bourbon. You have access to restraunts and shops. It was nice and quiet in the room. There was next to none of the outside noises from street night life. Parking was my biggest dislike. While there is free parking near by if you are lucky, we ended up paying for two over night passes at $35 each. This is not a reflection of this room or it's owner but just our experience. I would book again
