Just 6 blocks from the French Quarter, this Victorian mansion is the perfect place for groups looking to stay near the action. Rest up in this newly-restored home before you hit the town again. Featuring original hardwood floors, upstairs deck and a full set of amenities (smart tv, full kitchen), this second floor apartment has everything you need for your perfect New Orleans weekend!

There is another separate unit on the first floor if you have a group larger than 10 and need extra space

Street parking available, driveway shared with downstairs unit. Driveway parking is 1st come, 1st serve. Property is on a busy commercial avenue and can be noisy outside in front. Faces Hwy overpass.

This is a bustling street that hosts a large walking celebration most Sundays. It`s filled with street vendors, food, drinks and was started years ago to celebrate New Orleans Saints WINS! We encourage you to join in on the fun! There is the potential for loud noise during :)

Ubers and Lyfts are highly recommended.

Great space

The house was a great find for our group. We were bringing some first-timers and this location couldn't have been better.

Omgeeeee where do I begin ?! 1st, the pictures are exactly what you see !! The place was roomy & super comfy, cozy like home. And the beds & pillows !!! Everyone wanted to put them in their luggage lol. Our flight was delayed & we didnt arrive until after midnight but guess what ?! Angele made up for that by allowing us a late check out, luggage storage & then a resting space before our evening flight. It was 10 of us & we all had plenty of space. I definitely recommend this for big families or gatherings. She was super attentive & fast to respond. I can't say enough about her southern hospitality. But I will say this....BOOK IT !!!!

Responsive, helpful host.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. We were in town for work and spent the majority of our time out of the house. The hosts were very responsiveness and helpful when we had a delivery. The house was comfortable and as pictured. The neighborhood was louder than we expected. I would not feel comfortable walking alone in this neighborhood.

Great house and great hosts!

About 5 of my friends decided to go to NOLA for Halloween and we found this property that was a great value. We thought the house was fantastic and had so much space. The hosts were some of the friendliest we'd ever worked with. The only downside, and it's not the biggest deal, is the location. My girl friends and I tried walking to and from places and it wasn't exactly the safest neighborhood (also our Uber drivers mentioned it too). But if you're good with taking a car to most places then it's no big deal. The house also had a security system so we felt really safe. We all would stay again!

Great house and staff! Location is not the best being on the interstate and local busy street. When in the house the noise is not too bad in the back of the house.
