Renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bath, and balcony. 12 ft high ceilings, hardwood floors. Marble bathroom with bathtub and shower. Kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. 50 inch 4k flat screen tv in living room. 40 inch LED on wall in master bedroom. Balcony with new outdoor furniture. Reserved off-street parking for guest. The Lafitte Greenway is about 5 blocks away and makes for a great bike ride all the way to the French Quarter. The city offers “Blue Bikes”for rent right next to the Greenway if you are interested in a bike ride to the French Quarter. Streetcar is 1 block away taking you to either Fairgrounds, City Park, or the French Quarter and 1 mile walk to the French Quarter. Four blocks from great bars like Wrong Iron, Bayou Beer Garden, and Finn McCools. 5 blocks to Bayou Saint John. 15 minute streetcar to City Park and the French Quarter. 1.7 miles away from the Superdome. Great central location for everything you want to do. I personally manage the unit and strive to make sure everyone has the best possible experience. *Please read full listing description in relation to pets. There will be a small fee for pets as my cleaner charges extra for a cleaning after a pet stay*
