Great Option outside of the noisy French Quarter!
The property was exactly as described and offered a nice oasis from the nightlife of the French Quarter! We stayed during Essence fest and were very pleased with how quiet the area is! We will be back every year from now on!
The Rental itself was lovely and the Property Managers were excellent with their service and responsiveness. Thank You for providing such a nice place to enjoy NOLA.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 in this spacious condo. This was conveniently close the Quarter but far enough away from all the noise. Great restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at the Iris and it did not disappoint! Convenient to everything and the quarter was only a 12-15min walk. Thank you to Kady and the entire team at LUX. We will be back! JB
Phenomenal space. Very clean and comfortable. Clean bathrooms, and clean bed. Everything worked. The building and the room had a solid, sturdy quality to it. Buildings foundation felt strong and sound. Very safe with coded check-ins. Doors automatically locked. Great location right next to the convention center. Quiet stay, and only a few blocks from canal and burbon streets. Communication was great and easy, we would definitely stay again.
Absolutley loved staying here at the apartment in the refinery! It was so clean and beautiful! Perfect location, 0.9 miles from the French Quarters, loved the balcony!
We’ve stayed at this property at least 4 times now. We always know what to expect. Apartments are clean and very cozy. Perfect location to walk to all the sites we want to see. Beds are extremely comfortable, we always leave well rested.

An Amazing Space and a Great Location
Cami is an amazing host, easy to work with and extremely communicative. The property is elegant and location is desirable. We all wanted to live here. I highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.
