Just a few minutes from the French Quarter is this lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath home . Away from the noise and hustle bustle. In one of the safest zip codes in the US. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood. We are very lucky to have a few great neighborhood restaurants within just a couple of miles of this property. Private off street parking. This home is tastefully appointed so that you are very comfortable while you are here in New Orleans. This is 1/2 of a house. Both halves are completely private. No sharing of anything other than an outdoor covered patio. If the rear rental is available (634476) which is connected with an a joining hall door. The 2 rentals if rented together will accommodate 8 adults, and 2 children very comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed. The king bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and the fenced yard for our little dog. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was nice and we felt completely safe. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Easy quick location

We picked this location because it was near to downtown with a quick drive or Uber, but far enough to stay away from the mess of that area. Good food options near by and the neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of room for entertaining. Good size kitchen. Plenty happy for the price.

A NOLA Good Time

We had no difficulties with our stay. Very very clean. Mike was easy to communicate with beforehand, and during the stay there was no need to be in touch. Would definitely stay there again. We used the home as a base as we experienced NOLA and its tours. It served our needs well.

Great Stay at Arabi!

Michael was an excellent host! Four ladies stayed in the two bedroom house and a cottage behind the house. Both places are very nice and accomodating. The backyard is big and fenced in. Pets are welcome (although we didn't have any on this trip). Towels and sheets were clean and comfy. TVs were very nice and free wifi was offered. Basic necessities such as soap, dishwasher soap, towels, etc. were provided. Parking is abundant on the side and in the front. The neighborhood is quiet. In the area, there are many restaurants and Walmart is approximately 2 miles down the road. We ate at Secret Thai and Rocky and Carlos. Both places were excellent and provide lots and lots of food - go hungry!!Overall, a great experience!

Amazing and comfortable

The house was amazing and perfect. We had 4 adults and a 1.5 year old. The beds were comfortable and we had everything needed to cook breakfast in the AM and a couple dinners. The neighborhood was awesome, we felt completely safe. The backyard was perfect and my son loved running around. We had no neighbors in the attached cottage but there was a couple with dogs that came during our stay and they were great. We met the lady that cleans while the owner is away and she was so great and gave us so much cool information. The home is located close to Walmart which made shopping a breeze. If we ever return we will stay there again. Thank you Michael for making your home ours while we celebrated my husbands 50th..

Ideal home away from home

Quiet environment, no street noise, great for sleeping, very peaceful. Far more spacious than we’d anticipated.The backyard, garden and patio were a dream. Another Unexpected surprise: the loaded citrus trees! Things that matter to dog people: completely fenced with areas for snooping/exploring, for well-behaved pups. Three rentals share the fenced yard, one attaches to the house which was a surprise, but as long as you are aware it’s ok. The home was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy and the kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. The owner Michael was extremely kind and available. He recommended Gerald’s Donuts, open 24 hrs, and minutes from the house. Geralds served a great breakfast and the best donuts. We would absolutely stay in this home again and highly recommend it. You’re near New Orleans yet tucked away in a safe neighborhood. Thank you Michael, we will see you again soon!
