There is live music at Maple Leaf bar 7 nights a week music goes late night. Close to snake and Jakes. 3 blocks from the street car. This is located in the river bend area close to Audubon Park and Tulane campus. Oak street is 3 blocks from where the Po Boy festival takes place. The unit has new floors, paint central A/C. New kitchen and fridge. washer and dryer. It is very private and has a ton of art works on the walls. Mostly music festival framed art from the area. private back yard. PK grill and fully furnished. very unique house that has it all.
