The private garden is south facing and enjoys sunshine all day, so is ideal for that alfresco breakfast or enjoying a drink after a day at the beach or exploring the New Forest.

Ocean la Vie is conveniently located with easy access to stunning coastal walks, natural beaches and two National Parks making it an ideal location for beach life, outdoor explorers and water sport enthusiasts or for those who simply want to relax and unwind in a quiet location.

A pleasant ten minute stroll will take you to the Barton on Sea clifftops and unspoilt beaches with stunning views of the Isle of Wight, Mudeford, Sandbanks and the Purbecks.

Avon Beach and scenic Mudeford Quay, which is ideal for water sports and fishing trips, are both within easy travelling distance, along with Christchurch and Lymington. A ten minute drive will take you to the heart of the magnificent New Forest National Park where you can immerse yourself in nature and surrounded by free grazing deer and horses, or alternatively visit the internationally important coastal marshes and mudflats of Keyhaven Nature Reserve which are home to a large variety of sea birds and waders; you can also pick up the boat from Keyhaven and visit historic Hurst Castle.

Dining out couldn't be easier with several dining choices and two cliff top restaurants located ten minutes' walk from the property, which offer relaxed coastal dining with stunning views and is the perfect way to unwind after a hard day on the beach.

Property was clean and lovely our only problem was getting into it as key safe would not work and we had to call for someone to come and get us in. Also when we were leaving the key safe stll would not work so we called again but went to voicemail i left two messages to say we had to leave key inside as we could not open the key safe to leave the key in it as instructed.
