Freshly renovated and redecorated – our family house is perfect for family getaways in the New Forest with a full kitchen, a great outdoor space including a hot tub, comfy Sealy beds, Loaf sofas and a playroom for the little guests.
Spectacular location, situated on the cliffs of Barton on Sea, where you can catch amazing sunsets or listen to the crashing waves. 20 minute drive from Bournemouth. Between Sept and Mar we offer discounts for families with 6 people or less. Please do get in touch!

Bedroom 1 (Queen) - downstairs with en-suite Bathroom 1 for 2 adults
Bedroom 2 (Bunk beds for kids + kids trundle) - upstairs with shared use of Bathroom 2 for 3 kids
Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom with Queen) - upstairs with en-suite Bathroom 3 for 2 adults
Bedroom 4 (Double) - upstairs with shared use of Bathroom 2 for 2 adults
Bedroom 5 (Queen) - upstairs with shared use of Bathroom 2 for 2 adults
Bedroom 6 (cot) - upstairs for 1 infant 3


Bedroom 7 (single bed) - downstairs with ensuite for 1 adult. THIS ROOM IS ON REQUEST ONLY AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE LISTED BUT CAN BE USED ON REQUEST AT AN ADDITIONAL RATE OF £75 p/n (including cleaning)

Guest access
On request and at an additional cost of £75 per night, we can open another downstairs room with an en-suite (bedroom 7 in the pictures)

Other things to note
Sleeps 8 adults, 3 children and an infant. Bunk beds are for children and cannot support large adult weight.

Hot tub cleaning fee is £300 additional charge.

Family bookings welcome. We cannot accommodate hen or stag do parties.
