Living room and seating a little limited for the number of guests the house indicates they accommodate - but we made due with kitchen chairs, portables. Host was great and very responsive. My family had a great time and pleased with the house and location with reasonable access to to downtown. "

"This is a great place to stay and we would gladly stay again the next time we are in Charlottesville. The space was very inviting and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed in terms of appliances, dishes, and utensils. The neighborhood is quiet and within a 10 minute drive to downtown or just about anywhere else in Charlottesville. Kate, our host, was outstanding - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place!"
