"The apartment was exactly as described. It could have been cleaner. The apartment smelled strongly of cooked food, perhaps from the previous guest. Also, a loud neighbor in the apartment next door played video games until about 4:00 am. The host was great. Communicated well, and the apartment was very convenient!"

"Belmont is excellent; the 2 bedrooms, 2 bath was just what we needed as was the upper and lower lounging areas. Kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor elevated deck was spacious with plenty of seating (great view of the sunset!).Check in/out was well scripted and seamless. Walkability for the dogs and eateries/shops were great. Property management was very responsive; every question/detail addressed. A great stay!!!"

"Such a great place to stay. Loved the unique details in the home. Owner was very responsive. Perfect location for wineries and exploring the history of the area. Looking forward to returning to this area and will definitely stay here!"

"Our 3rd time staying here. Everything was great as usual. Suite was roomy, comfortable, and very clean. Plenty of parking and good location. Communication from host was good. We plan to use again."

"This was an awesome location as it was right across from the tavern. Isolated with plenty of trees and very quiet.The bed and room itself was very comfortable. It was clean and updated. Felt safe as there was an outside door and then an inside door both with numeric locks. About halfway down the long hallway was a luggage cart. Kitchen was stocked with most necessities. Bring spices, oil, Tupperware, and plastic wrap if you need it. The toaster oven is multifunctional so serves as an air fryer and also has an induction burner. Just enough for light cooking.Communication through the app was easy with the house manager. Instructions for check-in came just moments before check in time so be aware of that because cell services is poor in that area. Once inside, though there was open Wi-Fi."

"What an amazing house. So close to everything and super clean. Impressive layout. You basically get two apartments! I stayed there a week while my mom was admitted to UVA hospital. It was close enough to walk (for me). Recommend this place and would stay here again for sure!"

"The property felt exceptionally clean and inviting. The design of the studio was spacious with amazing finishings. We appreciated the water and coffee. Arrival and departure were communicated clearly. Parking was easy. I also liked that all the light switches were clearly labeled. We would definitely recommend!"

"Just wrapped up a week in Charlottesville and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is ideally located near restaurants and downtown. the place was like new. very nicely setup with plenty of space for the 3 of us. Highly recommend. We'll be back."
