"Good luck getting anyone on the phone! I had to call and leave a message twice for someone to call me back. So frustrating! They do not recognize ESA dogs and will charge a pet fee (too late to cancel once you are there!) . Just an overall poor experience and I will never go back."

"This was a darling cottage with direct access to the beach. We encountered a few issues and haven't heard back from Vacasa but that isn't the problem for the home owner. It was perfect for a passing through experience"
