- Centrally located for travelling to all parts of P.E.I. 30 minutes to both Charlottetown and Summerside. Ducks UnLimited protected pond has 2 America Eagles,3 Geese,1Ausprey and a Beaver.
The Gated Community has a Community Centre that has a kitchen, pool, games room, exercise room, shuffle board, putt putt, reception room and a 9 hole golf course.
The world famous Cavendish Sand Dunes are a cross from the New London Bay.
Prince Edward Island is known for its beautiful beaches and scenery as well as Entertainment. There are at least a dozen shows per night and you are central to enjoying them. The property borders on the Cavendish National Resort Area. The Hot Tub is to die for.
