Welcome to our spacious room with a king-size bed and private bathroom. On third floor and no elevator. Enjoy ample parking in the our own back yard and easy access to Rt 95, just half a mile away. We're minutes from the New London-Long Island ferry pier, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, and the US Coast Guard Academy. lots of restaurants and supermarket, and Walmart are all within 5 minutes' drive. Visit nearby Fort Trumbull Museum and New London Ocean Beach.
Maximum stay: 28 days.

Great stay!

Stayed for two nights. Such a great location to the coast guard academy and lots of little restaurants and places to visit. Bill is a great host and very eager to provide a comfortable stay.

The room was just right for a quick overnight stay! Clean with simple furnishing. My host was so sweet to text the information I needed the day of my visit (i loved not having to look up the address and check in procedure) And he was there to welcome me and give me a walk through of the space. so so nice!

William was a great host who clearly communicated everything about the room and access. The room was clean the shower was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Slept really good for a change. Coffee and croissant in the morning was the icing on the cake. Will stay again.

Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements might be needed. (2) each room gets its own bathroom, but the room and bathroom are not connected (so you’ll have to walk through a common hallway to get to the bathroom).

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location to the interstate- 15 mins from Mystic Seaport and many little shops and restaurants. Comfortable stay with a clean room and bathroom. William was a great communicator and made sure you had everything you needed for your stay. Highly recommend

The room was clean and the host was very hospitable and kind. Good location just minutes from the train station and local colleges. The bed was comfortable. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the room was small and ours housed a queen bed a twin. The furniture was very basic. Our host provided water, keurig coffee, and breakfast pastries. If you just need a place to sleep, this is a great value stay.
