Introducing King Hill Cottage: a beautifully restored luxury retreat in Lake Sunapee. Originally an Ice House for Tracy Farm, this custom-designed home boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy culinary delights in the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen island seats six and includes a separate beverage refrigerator. Plus, there's a kids nook for little ones. Entertainment awaits in the living area with a propane fireplace, 65" LCD TV, and Sonos sound system. Relax in the master bedroom with its king-size bed and luxurious ensuite. Outside, the back patio features an outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and propane fire pit for entertaining guests under the stars. Pet-friendly with an additional fee, and guests must be 21 years or older to rent. Experience luxury living at King Hill Cottage, your perfect Lake Sunapee getaway.

Overnight stay at King Hill Cottage

My family stayed overnight at this cottage prior to skiing at Mount Sunapee, which is close by. The cottage is very clean and cozy and had ample space for five adults. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful spot for family trip

We had a lovely stay at the King Hill Cottage, and loved being so close to the cute town of New London. The house had everything we needed, the layout was perfect for three generations of family, including a little loft and hang out space underneath that our toddler absolutely loved (and claimed as "his loft!") The fire pit area at the back of the house added a great space for the family to relax. We would absolutely rent again!

Magical stay!

We enjoyed two nights at the cottage with our family and it was magical! The space is cozy, bright and comfortable. Our kiddos (8, 6 and 4) spent hours in the kids loft while we adults enjoyed the fire. We highly recommend Kings Hill Cottage for a quiet and fun getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at King Hill Cottage! Perfect for three couples. We had plenty of room to hang out and play games. Not too far from Mount Sunapee and close to restaurants and grocery store. Perfect Cottage-Perfect Location

The King Hill Cottage was the perfect place for us to visit NH. It's convenient to Dartmouth, Quechee, and Manchester. The cottage was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. It was well appointed with a great kitchen, close to nice restaurants, the lake and easy access to the highway. It is in a rural area and is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and serene

We had a great stay at King Hill Cottage. We were dropping off our daughter at Dartmouth and visiting some friends in New London and doing some hiking. Great location. Short drive to New London, close to 89 and Sunappee. The house is beautiful, super clean and comfortable. Loved the clean and simple decor. It was hard to leave.

Wonderful ski weekend!

Our family had a lovely three nights stay at this cottage in New London while skiing Mount Sunapee for the weekend. The cottage is nicely furnished and decorated and very comfortable for a family of five, and could house more people as well. The bedding is comfortable and the master suite in particular is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We cooked two nights in the cottage, and went out to dinner the third night. The cottage is 15 minutes drive from Mount Sunapee, and about 7 minutes from Main Street New London. The area around the lake is beautiful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would definitely return.

A Perfect Wedding Weekend Stay

Our 6 family members stayed two nights for a wedding weekend. We all agreed that the it was the perfect house in the perfect location. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend together. We appreciated the very clean house in just the right spot for all of our wedding activities. Although we didn't do any cooking beyond morning coffee we could see that there was anything we might need. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. We appreciated having all of the linens and towels provided. We could arrive without a worry. We would definitely recommend this property and if ever traveling to the New London area again we will definitely stay here again.
