Our stay here was great. When driving through the neighborhood it looked a little rundown, but the inside of the home was beautiful. Check in was easy and felt secure. The home had everything we needed for a quick visit!

Dylan's place was very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment itself was great, the location not so much. It was very loud at night and the neighborhood was very rundown. It wasn't far from nicer parts of town. Dylan was great with communication.

Short New Haven Stay

There wasn't proper communication from the host before the start of our stay which made the trip begin with ill feelings. Upon check in, part of the door jam appeared to have been tampered with which caused a safety concern. At night, the environmental noise can be heard clearly within the unit which is distracting when wanting to sleep at night. The unit itself was clean but the bathroom sink didn't drain well. The home fit the bill of what was needed - a place to sleep for our short stay.in New Haven. Also, the 2nd bedroom isn't a bedroom by itself, it's the shared space of where the pull-out couch/living room is which was unexpected. The listing was a bit misleading.
