The staff was courteous and our room was relatively clean. However that is the only positive comments I can make. The TV, fridge and microwave did not work. Trash and rubbish were all over the outside of the building and in the hallway outside our room. It also felt unsafe as beat up cars and people were in and out of the room at the end of the building I can remember this establishment as being a nice place to stay in the past but not now

Arrived at the motel and given two rooms 131 and 133 instead of the 1 room accommodation. There was paint and paint supplies in one room and the other room was absolutely subpar. The aroma of paints was all over that 1st floor. The door locks were fitted duct tape and toilet paper in between and missing screws in the door lock. At least three more rooms were offered but in the same condition as the first, very unsecure. We didn't stay, we left and rented another hotel. No receipt was provide by the management.

The pictures online are a complete lie. For the price I wasn't expecting a lot but this was ten times worse than what I thought it would be. Everything is filthy. Bed sheets had stains and hairs. I asked for clean bed sheets and pillow covers and they acted like I was asking for too much. The toilet wasn't connected to the floor and there only a half roll of toilet paper when I checked into the room and they would not give me more. I had to buy my own. The carpets look like they haven't been cleaned in several years.

Great place to stay for a night, especially if your room is above the lobby. Felt safe in that regard. Would not recommend walking outside at any point during the day and I hopped straight into an Uber given the surroundings, even the drivers were nervous about picking me up.

The price was great, nevertheless I shouldn’t have to ask to have towels and a bed comforter or toiletries. The whole property feels looks like it’s falling apart. No microwave or fridge in the rooms. I’ve been in 2 starts Motels that had better amenities. I’ve learned my lesson. But surprisingly enough the property seems to get booked quite often.

in all honesty everything was kinda horrible . showers okay but window is open people if any can see you no garbage bedding was actually okay but the room itself including amenties were horrible . no garbage bins no towels no micro nor fridge there wasnt any chair for table and i get it you get what you pay for but at least have garbages

Place is being remodeled. Front desk person was nice and helpful. It’s nothing fancy but if you just need a place to sleep it’s fine. Good tv and channels. They could put a little effort into cleaning up the lobby and putting the random items somewhere else.

Long term stays-fine, overall cleanliness, lack of towels, even asking for some, never receiving. No camera's on outside to watch vehicles. Great place for by the hour I guess, or any other shady deals. Would not recommend, stayed in room less than 6 hours, left. YET.....AMAZINGLY quite over night. All the loud people on there phones in there rooms and outside were actually quite. Nice surprise.

Drug infested complex, was stuck in a room that was under construction, called a week in advance a reserved a 1st floor room due to being a 100 percent disabled veteran and when i got there they told me there were none available, Fixture had no bulbs, No towels , refrigerator had no handles on it, toilets were leaking tubs were not finished had big gaps, there were big patches in walls and ceilings, air conditioning had spray foam to seal them, blunds would not close They were numerous fight in parking lots, people were smoking crack and carrying on all hours of the night, front desk promised to have maintenance person bring thing to help accommodate never showed up ended up leavi g next day, they refused to refund money had to file dispute with Expedia and since they chage your cridit card on site and do not go through Expedia you have to file complaint directly with Credit card Company ***********BEWARE VERY DISHONEST PLACE**********

Cheap but Nasty
Make sure you bring your own towels, because they don’t have any. And probably some shower shoes since the tub was slimy. The door wouldn’t close right since the door strike was hanging on rotted wood. I guess were grateful that the room had wooden floors and not the nasty carpet of the stairs and hallway.

Hallways were dirty. Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Dirt in all the corners. No floor mat for outside the shower. Only 1 towel. I will definitely not be staying there again.

Worst "hotel"?! eve!!!
The bathroom tub was disgusting. The tv didn't work. The sheets were burn and full of stains. The mattress were so uncomfortable and gross. I will never go there again. The area outside the room was full of garbage and the stairs smell like human urine. It look like homeless park ! And the policy of not return your money now I know why !!! Is like you are getting to your worst nightmare!!!

Room was stinky! No garbage pail thought that was odd. Bed was comfortable which was pretty much what was required. Toilet didnt flush well ( had to hold the handle down for it to work) it was a 7min lyft ride to the venu and 90.00 so thats why it was picked

No towels until I asked for them twice. TV didn’t work and they wouldn’t replace the batteries on the remote to try to fix it. Worst of all, the entry door has a big hole near the door handle that they stuffed with paper!

I was startled to find the trash can with the previous guest's trash in it and (worse) the bathroom towels on the floor, along with a sealed bag of water that might have once had ice in it. The bed linens did seem to have been changed, but the blanket literally had cigarette burns in it so that wasn't super reassuring. I was surprised to find the room very quiet, the temperature just fine, and the bed reasonable enough as a sleeping surface... so I did curl up and sleep there. Twice. When I was leaving, a lady was yelling at the front desk attendant about finding drugs in her room (and waving her phone camera at the attendant, showing proof) so I figure I could have done worse. I won't be staying here again though, and will probably never go back to New Haven at all.

My daughter and I came in late at night and the man who was at the front desk was on the phone the whole time we were checking in. We both felt unsafe there. The hotel was dirty, there was no lock on the door in room. Dirt on floors. The curtains look like they were coming down. I would not recommend his hotel to anyone.

Housekeeping would CONSISTENTLY knock twice, announce who they were & open the door! Even after responding with a, “Hold on,” or, “One second.” I’d pay for the room & daily she would do this. Very intentional! She had done this also to an adjacent room & they were also upset. I had to inform that I didn’t need service but she would continue. The rooms are INCREDIBLY DIRTY & run down! Crushed daddy long legs and centipedes on the walls and on the bathroom floor. Toilet was nasty along the inner rim. The remote controller felt sticky, so I wrapped it in toilet paper to use it. And the curtains were worn down to the point of visibility from inside looking out or outside looking in. No privacy!!! Anyone could peek in! They had a microwave but I had to rest it on the floor to use because not enough outlets. And it was LOUD even during the daytime! Not your typical microwave. No breakfast or pool as advertised.

Moving my daughter to the area from Philly for college. Absolutely terrible motel. Cops and homeless around all night. Did not feel safe with my daughter there. Had to prop the door with the ironing board to feel a little safer. Moved the table under the TV and full of trash and empty beer cans. Light in shower didn’t work, let the front desk guy know when he had to come fix the TV and he said “yeah, it doesn’t work”. Barely slept, kept waiting for my car to be broken into. In the morning, 6-7 cop cars about to raid the place next door. Expedia should be embarrassed to have them listed on their site!

Very unsafe a lot of drug users there and the location was horrible and the place looks abandoned and no Wi-Fi, the vending machines never stock and a lot of weird men walking around the property
