Our check in was great; had a lovely girl check us in, even tell us best pizza around etc
We went out for a few hours came to a flooded bathroom / leaking ceiling . There was 12min until the pool closed (big reason we choose location, I expressed to the front desk the issue and that I was going to let my
Child use the pool and come back in 10 min. She seemed beyond disturbed and said “no it’s closing “ and I very nicely said ma’am it’s a few minutes and I’ll be right back. My booking was an accessible due to having mobility issues; I even assured upon Check in the room wasn’t far from parking.
She put us in the furthest room in the hotel, literally in 200s.
It was by two staircases which were very difficult for me & when I asked if she had anything closer she told not for my type of booking & if I needed a closer room I needed to “upgrade”.
Her attitude was so disrespectful & I didn’t want to make a big deal given it was late and had move all belongings with my young child .
The second room had a terrible odor & I knew I’d get nowhere with reception. We needed up having to sleep there but if it was up to me and it was earlier I would have completely went to a new location.
I’ve never met a staff member so disturbed as if the leak happened in her room, and to top it off all my daughter’s cloths were wet and we threw away due to the unknown smelly leak.
If I could rate 0 I would, costumer service comes hand in hand with the environment .
