- 400 sq foot amazing location for a quintessential New England getaway. This is a free standing not attached to other home studio apartment.
Watch sunsets from the deck or private beach. There is a mooring for boaters available and dock to swim to or park jet ski at. The Thimble Islands are a quick boat ride, kayak or paddle board away. The house is 75 miles from New York City, 2 miles from the center of Branford and 10 miles from New Haven. Take in beautiful sunsets, walk on the beach or fish off the rocks. Kayak, paddle board, swim or just chill on the private beach just steps from the studio house. Many restaurants also available a short distance away.
