"Frequent traveler here. This is not a 4-star hotel. During my stay, housekeeping took my newly purchased mascara ($40+) and one of my organic face towels. I spoke with several people, but no one followed up and no compensation was offered. Disappointing experience."

"The toilet leaked water every time you flush. The ceiling of the shower was coming apart and falling inside the shower tub while bathing. The website pictures do not reflect actual appearance. No continental breakfast , they use the this area for storage."

"This property was the absolute most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at the room wasn’t ready until 8 pm it smelled like cigarettes the couch in the room had dna stains on it and there was mold on the walls absolutely disgusting"
