"Average stay- would not describe as luxury. The cabins are very poorly built, the doors barely close, wires and open holes for plumbing, the smell of the water is unbearable. Hot tubs are not set up for any use. Have to pay $35 extra for wood to start a fire then wait 3-5 hours for them to heat while buying more wood to keep fire going until warm. "

"Property was beautiful. Cabin was rustic and very small. The 12 ft birch tree ladder to get to the bedroom in the loft was challenging. If you have ever lived on a 30 ft boat or in an RV you would know how to navigate the smallness of the space. Hot water was good, heat was good, stove was good, pots and pans were good. "

"Such a wonderful stay we all had. Nick was amazing and easily accessible with any questions we had. The house was fully equipment for our 2 families and I’d highly recommend this home. About 20 min from Killington which was great !! Thank you Nick for making our families feel like we were at home. "

"Loved this stay - the farmhouse is authentic and oozes charm! Everything about this stay was easy - 20min drive to the slopes, 15 min to downtown Rutland, and an extremely well-equipped house to easily accommodate the six of us. Superb communication from the host both prior to and during our stay (promptly answered several questions for us). If you want a vintage farmhouse feel as opposed to a modern condo-style stay, this is the place for you!"

"A lovely place to stay! Large home at the end of a quiet road. Kitchen is great and convenient to cook in for a long trip. Private pool and hot tub are excellent. The home is clean and very well taken care of. Proximity to so much hiking, fishing and tons of outdoor fun in the summer! Appreciate the games and crayons for kids. Also a nice spot for a family with a dog. Getaway Vacations was also very easy to work with - immediately respond and sent assistance when needed. A great place to vacation in Vermont!
