Seaport Hotel Boston

"I had booked my room in advance and requested adjoining rooms as we where traveling as a family Well thank god I did not had small children because they did not give me adjoining room we had 3 separate rooms and we are a family of 5 They claim they where booked and adjoining rooms are not guaranteed they did but us on the same floor that was good the rooms where clean and we where comfortable and it was quiet so I’m thankful for that Other than that the staff is very friendly it’s clean we requested a microwave and it was in our room in no time the breakfast was amazing the bar was amazing Dining wasn’t much of an option as I’m allergic to seafood and they don’t offer much of what we would like to eat . But is a beautiful hotel and location"

"The staff..all of them from front desk to door and valet staff were amazing. I don’t believe I have ever stayed in a hotel where the entire staff was as engaged and friendly. They seemed to genuinely want to make our stay the best ever and all of them gave the air of people who love what they do. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! I highly recommend this hotel both for the great location but even more for the extraordinary staff!!"

"Great location. Close to the city and public transport. The room was clean but the only window opened to the inside hallway so there was no natural light. The continental breakfast consisted of bread, bagels, cereal, apples and oranges."

"I stayed at this hotel after a few years. The hotel has been completely remodeled and is really nice. There was a problem with the air conditioning on the sixth floor, so the staff promptly moved us to a similar room on the fourth floor. Staff were pleasant and helpful!"
