"Valet staff took almost an hour to bring our luggage up to the room. Tipped very well. 45 minutes in hotel staff text us how our say was and mention we have been wanting a long time to get our luggage. They responded saying it’s because you just got your room… I walked down stairs to see no one checking in and had to ask the valet to bring up my bags up. They didn’t seem to be in a good mood. And leaving we load up our car and about to pull out and the valet pulls up a car to block us in and had to wait a long time to get out. "
