- River Rock Ranch on the Colorado River. Amazing river valley views from spacious back deck. 1000 feet water frontage, beach relaxation with raft and paddle board pull out. Incredible wildlife viewing with bald eagles, osprey, blue heron, geese and herds of deer. 15 minute access to multiple mountain biking trails, golf courses, US Forest properties, and Glenwood Hot Springs. This property is over 13 acres in size and allows guests
