"Cozy basement unit with all amenities. Close to EWR airport. Street parking mostly available. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of closet space. Loved the electric cooking range and cooking utensils. Host very helpful. Accommodated late checkout! The only thing to be aware of is the noisy tenants above, but that is not host’s problem. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The photos are accurate and spot on. It was very clean and convenient to the event we attended in Newark. We loved the pink touches. It is on a main road that leads to a hospital, so there is noise associated with that. I am employed at a hospital, some I'm familiar with the noises.There were some issues with the parking garage, that were handled expeditiously by the property owner and subsequent management. Definitely recommend staying at this property. heafw"
