"Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still...

"We stayed for one night between visits to Newport and Boston. This is a really cute little town that I am happy to have discovered through an effort to avoid the crazy hotel prices in Newport. It was a nice big space with everything you need. Check in was easy with good instructions. The only issue is that it is on a main street with a lot of traffic (noise). Would have been easily remedied with white noise but my husband doesn't do white noise. :("

"We stayed in Falmouth the weekend of the Road Race and were blown away by the apartment. It was clean and had all the necessities we needed to enjoy our stay. It was cozy and felt like home. A minute walk to the West Falmouth Market, right across the street from Eulindas ice cream and a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed a coffee and a glass of wine on the deck.
