"The hotel itself and the rooms are extremely beautiful and clean. However, outside is full of homeless people. Some are mentally ill and others are drug addicts and highly aggressive."

"This hotel definetly met our expectations. It is within walking distance of many attractions and just off whiskey row. Parking is right next door(but pricey). The entire hotel staff were VERY friendly-we were asked a few times during our stay if everything was OK! The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel areas. It was nice to have the morning breakfast buffet included. We would certainly stay here again!"
