Felt like home.

I have one word expression for our stay “no Problem” as this was the answer to almost all the needs we had during our stay. Whole staff is wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. Front desk person Kubi arranged for ballon rides, red tour and photographer for the private shoot. There are lots of dining options near the hotel. Uchisar castle is perfect spot to watch the sunset which is just 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. There are plenty of options for the Breakfast every morning. Overall this was the perfect stay.

Beautiful cozy comfy hotel, which is elevated even higher by the very helpful and service minded staff. Hotel arranged our activities and the bus from and to the airport. The hotel is away from the too busy area's but close enough for all activitirs amd necessary facilities. Bus station is very nearby and can take you to Göreme for relatively good price. Overall great experience.

What a beautiful place to stay! The room was gorgeous with its stone walls, the bathroom shower was HUGE and the bed was perfect to resting our weary bodies after long days exploring Cappadocia. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Aziz who gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged a shuttle for us to go to the airport and also arranged a light breakfast for us to have the morning we left. Plus the hotel is an excellent location to visit many Cappadocia highlights.

Poor service with lack of cleaning & information

During my stay, the initial information provided about hotel services and policies at check-in was inadequate. A major issue was housekeeping. Although daily cleaning should be standard, I was told rooms wouldn’t be cleaned unless a specific sign was displayed. I’ve never encountered this elsewhere—rooms should be cleaned daily unless a “Do Not Disturb” sign is used. Unfortunately, for my two-night stay, neither the room was cleaned nor towels replaced. I had to call reception to request clean towels, which is unacceptable given the price. Breakfast was poor. When I asked for coffee cups, I was told to “get them from the drawer,” which felt unprofessional. Staff overall lacked hospitality. I also received incorrect information when asking about local activities. On other platforms where I raised concerns, the hotel responded rudely. Unless you’re fine with low service standards and reusing towels for days, I would recommend this hotel. The service didn’t justify the cost. I won’t be staying that hotel again,

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel mit liebevoll gepflegtem Garten und gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend und das großzügige Bad mit Hamam ein echtes Highlight. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück – vielfältig, frisch und einfach köstlich! Die Lage ist perfekt: nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Uchisarkalesi. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut top – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
